Mastery Band LGPE

Performances at Southwest DeKalb Auditorium. 3:10pm - 7th Period ends 3:30pm - 3:30pm- Students report to band room dressed for dress rehearsal 4:20pm - Students get dressed in concert attire and eat dinner (provided) 5:00pm - Prepare to load buses as soon as they arrive 5:30pm - Depart Lakeside 6:30pm - Get out instruments 7:00pm - Warm Up 7:30pm - Concert 8:15pm - Sightreading 9:00pm - Pack up instruments, load buses and depart for Lakeside 9:30pm - Arrive back at Lakeside for Pickup Students can be picked up from the site, but will be responsible for their instruments. This includes percussion instruments assigned to students. Please come watch! Should be a great performance! We will need five chaperones for this event. (David Fairchild added)
