Advanced Band LGPE

Performances at Southwest DeKalb Auditorium. You will wear your concert attire, so make sure you have what you need: Tuxedo wearers: Bring a bowtie (I will not have enough spares), your tuxedo shirt, and black dress shoes Concert dress wearers: Bring black dress shoes Jewelry - Please do not wear hanging earrings. These catch the stage slights during concerts. Schedule: Advanced Band - Thursday, March 19 10:20am - Report to the band room during SAIL for a run-through with Intermediate and Advanced groups. 3:10pm - Advanced Band report to band room and get dressed 3:30pm - Advanced Band Load up and depart Lakeside 5:00pm - Advanced Band get out instruments 5:30pm - Advanced Band Warm up 6:00pm - Advanced Band Concert on stage 6:45pm - Advanced Band sightreading 7:15pm - Advanced Band pack up instruments, all students load buses 7:20pm - Depart Southwest DeKalb for Lakeside 7:45pm - Arrive back at Lakeside for Pickup Students can be picked up from the site, but will be responsible for their instruments. This includes percussion instruments assigned to students. Please come watch! Should be a great performance! We will need four chaperones for this event. (David Fairchild added)
